One groomer, one pet at a time

I'm Jackie. I've been grooming for twelve years, the last eight of them here in Durham Region, and I still do every groom myself from start to finish. Your pet arrives, we work through it together at their pace, and they go home. There's no crate to wait in and no other dog barking next door.

That setup exists because of the animals nobody else wants to book: the fifteen-year-old with sore hips, the rescue who flinches at clippers, the doodle whose coat has gone past matted. Those visits take longer and they can't be rushed, which is exactly why I only take one at a time.

It's also why I set the times rather than letting a calendar do it. When you send a request, I look at what your pet needs, find a slot that gives us room, and text you the time. It's a slower way to book and a much better day for your dog.
